Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Highway Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position with an estimated salary of $110,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have 5-25 years' experience working as a Transportation Engineer for a Consulting Firm, with a strong background in designing roadways, streets, and highways.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and managing transportation projects, including PENNDOT projects;
  • Developing stormwater management, erosion control, and site plans;
  • Conducting transportation studies and county and municipal projects;
  • Ensuring roadway quality control, contract negotiations, cost control, and meetings;
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
  • EIT or PE License in PA;
  • Significant experience working as a Transportation Engineer for a Consulting Firm;
  • Experience working on PENNDOT projects;
  • Strong knowledge of design, transportation studies, and county and municipal projects;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills;
