Job Title: Culinary Sanitation Specialist

At Oak & Stone, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Culinary Sanitation Specialist to join our team.

Estimated Salary:$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

The Culinary Sanitation Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen facilities. This includes washing all dishes, utensils, and equipment by hand or using dishwashers, as well as storing clean items in assigned storage areas.

Key duties include:

  • Dishwashing and Sanitizing: Washing all wares, including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, to ensure a steady supply of clean equipment.
  • Storage and Organization: Correctly placing and storing clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
  • Supply Management: Stocking serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Ensuring work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
