About the RoleThe Clinical Nurse 2 will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients of all ages, from infancy to the elderly. You will possess the knowledge, skills, and attitude to consistently demonstrate safe practice within our organizational professional practice model.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with interprofessional teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Utilize data and quality improvement methods to identify potential problems and opportunities for improvement
- Evaluate and integrate best current evidence into clinical practice
- Demonstrate leadership skills through participation in systematic problem-solving and decision-making
- Comply with regulations and standards of regulatory and accrediting bodies
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree from an accredited school of nursing
- More than 15 months relevant professional nursing experience and completion of the Nurse Residency Program, if applicable
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification as a healthcare provider according to the American Heart Association
- Registered Nurse licensure in Pennsylvania
