Commercial Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This role involves rebuilding and refurbishing commercial dishwasher machines, as well as performing maintenance tasks on equipment that is uninstalled at customer sites.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $21 per hour, guaranteed overtime pay, and on-call compensation. You will work Monday-Friday from 7:30 am-4:30 pm and be part of a team that helps customers optimize their operations in over 140 local markets within the United States.
Responsibilities- Tear down equipment, determine reusable parts, and perform quality testing to ensure equipment is functioning correctly.
- Rebuild and refurbish commercial dishwasher machines.
- Engage in a 5-6 week on-call rotation to deliver exceptional customer support.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Experience in light sales and a desire to acquire new skills.
- A valid Driver's License.
