As an essential member of our staff, Maintenance Technicians are tasked with ensuring our properties are maintained in excellent condition, both inside and out. Expect a busy day filled with various responsibilities, including plumbing, electrical work, basic drywall repairs, carpet maintenance, appliance servicing, and upkeep of common areas and exteriors.

Qualifications

  • A caring demeanor and pride in your work and the property
  • Self-driven and diligent
  • High energy and dedication to excellence in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Experience in property maintenance or a related field is preferred
  • HVAC certification is a plus
  • Proficient in the use of power tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Basic computer and tablet skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. regularly
  • Effective record-keeping for work orders, parts inventory, and tenant follow-ups
  • Experience with Yardi software is preferred
  • Availability for rotating after-hours on-call duties and weekends
  • A valid driver's license is required
