Job Overview

Right Start Mortgage is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and a strong understanding of mortgage loan origination.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and maintain a weekly report on sales at the branch
  2. Hire and train all employees of the branch
  3. Ensure every loan originator on the team has the necessary tools, training, and motivation to produce
  4. Hold weekly team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions
  5. Work on personal production and assist the team
Requirements
  • Active MLO license
  • 3+ years of mortgage loan origination experience
  • Leadership experience or market-level expertise
  • Purchase-centric mortgage production
  • Experience training/coaching individuals to follow a business plan
