Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused General Merchandise Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and ensuring a safe and secure shopping experience.
  • Support the sales and inventory processes by processing customer transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
