Machine Operation and Quality Control
The Machine Operator & Shop Assistant will be responsible for operating thermoforming machines, monitoring production processes, and ensuring high-quality parts are produced. This involves setting up machines for thermoforming processes, performing routine maintenance and cleaning of thermoform equipment, and conducting final assembly of parts and products as needed. Estimated salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.

About the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in thermoforming machine operation and a strong background in CNC machine operation and setup. In addition, the candidate should possess effective communication skills and be able to work in a team setting. The ability to adapt to various tasks in a fast-paced environment is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain thermoforming machines to produce high-quality parts.
  • Set up machines for thermoforming processes, including tooling setup and adjustments.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of thermoform equipment.
  • Conduct final assembly of parts and products as needed.
  • Assist with CNC machine operation and other shop duties as required for production.
  • Package and label finished goods for shipment.
