The successful candidate will be responsible for leading an in-house team and coordinating with external vendors to achieve on-time, quality readiness. This is a fast-paced, construction-oriented environment where safety is critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with WillScot Safety, Transportation, and Environmental Policies.
- Manage employee/vendor health and safety through daily safety meetings, training, observations, and regular assessments.
- Conduct fleet physical inventories counts and ensure operating standards are met.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- A working knowledge of MS Office/Outlook and SAP invoicing platform.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
