In the role of Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial part in supporting our expansion, identifying and capitalizing on new business prospects, and collaborating closely with team leaders.
This position offers a remarkable opportunity for professional growth through exposure to various tax, audit, and accounting assignments.The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of tax, audit, and accounting principles.
Position Overview:
- Collaborate with the tax team to prepare tax documentation.
- Work alongside the audit team to generate financial statements and perform audits.
- Assist the accounting team in delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping and accounting services.
- Provide timely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Ensure continuous professional development through ongoing education and acquiring additional certifications as necessary.
- Address routine client inquiries related to tax, audit, and accounting matters.
- Stay updated on the firm's capabilities in all compliance areas and promote these services to clients when appropriate.
- Conduct research and manage special projects as required.
Compensation:
$130,000 - $150,000
