Homecare Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Homecare Nurse to provide one-on-one care to a pediatric patient in their own home in Poplar Grove, IL. Our patient requires G-tube/trach and vent care, and we offer paid training to ensure a smooth transition.

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services provided to the client.
• Initiate the plan of care when directed and request revisions as patient status and needs change.
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor and document effectiveness of intervention.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Current Health Certificate.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
