Job Title: Mobile Phlebotomist

ExamOne, a Quest Diagnostics company, is seeking a self-motivated and reliable Mobile Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood and urine samples from insurance clients and specialty draws, accurately labeling all specimens and centrifuging blood.
  • Obtain manual physical measurements and document health histories.
  • Ship specimens via FedEx from your residence or authorized FedEx stores.
  • Call clients to schedule and confirm insurance exams and specialty blood draws on a daily basis.
  • Use a printer/scanner to print paperwork and upload status notes and scheduled appointments to our portal.
Requirements:
  • Pass a urine drug screen and background check.
  • Proven experience as a phlebotomist/medical assistant.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance, with the ability to travel within a 20-mile radius of your home and reimbursement for mileage over 35 miles at $0.65 per mile.

We offer competitive pay for completed services, ranging from $24.00 to $45.00 per case, paid twice a month. Training is provided, but you must have your own equipment, such as a BP cuff, scale, tape measure, clipboard, and centrifuge. An EKG machine will be provided if necessary.
