We are a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home and Joint Commission accredited organization, committed to increasing integration and coordination of behavioral health and primary care.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Program oversight & administration.
  • Responsible for daily management and performance of the medication-assisted treatment and substance use disorder initiatives of the behavioral health department.
  • Communication, coordination, and planning within the Substance Use Disorder Program and between all other departments relating to substance use disorder services.

Key Duties:

  • Reviewing referrals to the Substance Use Disorder program (screening for acuity, coordinating with staff to ensure insurance authorization and scheduling in a timely fashion).
  • Work as a direct care outpatient behavioral health clinician, providing initial assessment, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and/or short-term intervention for patients.
  • Triage patient needs and arrange appropriate services for patients.

Requirements:

  • LICSW.
  • 5-7 years experience in direct patient care and mental health/substance use disorder administration.
