We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting, working closely with patients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
- Conduct patient observations and monitor vital signs, working closely with PCTs to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care.
- Deliver care in a fast-paced environment, working effectively under pressure to meet the needs of patients and their families.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program.
- Experience in dialysis or nephrology is preferred, but not required. We offer excellent training and support for new graduates and experienced nurses alike.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
