IR Management LLC seeks a skilled mixologist to join their team at The George, a luxurious boutique hotel in Georgetown, South Carolina. As a vital part of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverage experiences and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative cocktail menus that showcase your expertise.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar area, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent presentation.
• Built strong relationships with guests through attentive service and prompt response to their needs.

Job Description:

• Create and serve signature cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
• Manage cash handling, take orders, and process payments efficiently.
• Restock and replenish bar supplies, maintain equipment, and perform side work as needed.
