Job Description

This Warehouse Supervisor role involves overseeing the storage and distribution operations at our facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage teams and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff on-site in daily routine work functions.
  • Plan and coordinate the use of subordinate workers, equipment, facilities, and materials based on projected workload.
  • Perform physical activities that require considerable use of the arms and legs and moving the entire body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, stooping to handle materials.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in distribution and warehousing using WMS or equivalent automated WMS within the past 5 years.
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid California Driver License.
  • Must have warehousing experience.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
