Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a full-time position. As an SLP with the company, you will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders in students. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide direct therapy services, and supervise and collaborate with Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students.
  • Supervise and collaborate with SLPAs.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • CCC-SLP certification required.
  • Previous experience as an SLP is preferred.
  • Ability to supervise an SLPA.
