This role offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging projects involving the evaluation, investigation, and repair of structures and structural components.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to forensic investigations, field testing, structural analysis, design of repairs, and more.

We are looking for a motivated and engaged individual who is passionate about building science and is eager to grow their career in the field of structural engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct forensic investigations and field testing to identify structural issues and develop repair solutions.
  • Perform structural analysis and design repairs using computer analysis software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement repair plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in structural engineering.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structures.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the structural engineering industry.
  • Licensed as a structural engineer (SE) or actively pursuing SE licensure.
  • Experienced in structural analysis and computer analysis software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and perform field work as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the structural engineering industry.
  • Knowledge of building science concepts and their application to enclosure design and performance.
  • Active involvement in related professional organizations.
