About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Temenos T24 Senior Developer / Product Consultant to join our team of IT professionals in Phoenix, AZ. This permanent role offers an opportunity to learn from industry experts, expand your skills, and grow your knowledge in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing, creating, and implementing Temenos JM based applications that meet project objectives.
  • Interpreting briefs to develop high-quality coding that functions according to specifications.
  • Determining application functions and building objectives with the team to ensure seamless integration.
  • Ensuring written code aligns with project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve immediate and potential issues with applications.
  • Drafting detailed reports on work performed and projects completed.
  • Leading teams as onsite lead.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in Temenos JM/Workspace/JA programming, with overall 6+ year development experience.
  • Significant coding skills in Java (Groovy), with other languages being a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Knowledge of current frameworks, SDKs, APIs, and libraries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • A strong portfolio of top-class coding and builds.
  • Ability to work with developers and assist junior team members.
  • Meticulous at both analysis and execution.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Development experience on Temenos Journey Manager, Workspace, Journey analytics, Springboard (Onboarding product), Java (Groovy).
  • Familiarity with Source code management tools like AZURE DeVos and Temenos pipeline.
  • Knowledge of UI technologies including CSS, HTML, JS, Lucid, Figma.
  • Database skills including SQL, MySQL.
  • Experience with Dev Model Agile.
  • Familiarity with Third-party tools such as Alloy, MuleSoft, Middesk, MX, Twilio, Send grid.
  • Incident management skills using Service Now.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, Cognizant offers discretionary annual incentives, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, paid holidays and time off, 401(k) plan, long-term/short-term disability, paid parental leave, and an employee stock purchase plan.
