As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role as a frontline ambassador for Mr. Appliance of Clifton Park. Your primary responsibilities will include managing service requests and addressing customer inquiries, all while contributing to the outstanding 5 Star reputation we have established within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate scheduling and communicate logistics with customers and service technicians.
  • Process work orders, return customer calls, and address customer inquiries.
  • Receive parts from appliance parts suppliers.
  • Perform additional duties as required, which may include cross-training in various areas.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service.
  • Preferred two years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software with training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Detail-oriented with proficient data entry skills.
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative team player who can work independently.

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
