League Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a League Ambassador. As a League Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sports leagues, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.

• Game Day Operations: Manage the setup and teardown of equipment, ensure games start and end on time, and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for players.
• Customer Service: Engage with players, vendors, and facility staff to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Marketing and Promotion: Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our leagues and events.
• Event Planning: Collaborate with our team to plan and execute events, including setup, execution, and teardown.
• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with players, vendors, and facility staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

• High Energy and Enthusiasm: A positive and energetic attitude is essential for this role.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to pay attention to detail and ensure all aspects of game day operations are executed flawlessly.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively interact with players, vendors, and facility staff.

This is a part-time position, with hours varying depending on the schedule of our leagues. You will be required to work a minimum of 3-6 hours per shift, with some shifts potentially longer. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm required to succeed in this role.

As a League Ambassador, you will earn $15 USD per hour, with opportunities to participate in tournaments and events at no charge.
