Join Our Team as a Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Youth Villages. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing intensive support and assistance to families until a strong formal and informal support network can be developed and built around the child and family.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 12-15 sessions per week with youth and families in their homes and communities.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each family.
  • Provide after-hours support to youth and families through on-call duties.
  • Attend regular meetings for professional development and to enhance clinical skills.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in a social services discipline with experience working with at-risk youth, adults, or families.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
