Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist for a travel assignment in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
Responsibilities:- Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
- Position patients correctly and safely for imaging procedures.
- Administer contrast media as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- One to three years of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist.
- Current certification in Computed Tomography (CT) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
