Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Heavy Duty Truck Driver to join our team at Midlands Contracting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting personnel and equipment to various job sites across the country.
Salary and Benefits Package
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $75,000 per year, with opportunities for advancement based on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacations, PTO, and holidays, as well as health insurance and 401(k) matching.
Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Heavy Duty Truck Driver, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Operating heavy duty trucks, including boiler trucks and combo vac/jetting trucks
- Maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repair
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Must-Have Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A valid Class A or B CDL license
- An excellent driving record
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs
