About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Project Manager to join our team at ECS Ltd. As a key member of our geotechnical team, you will be responsible for leading geotechnical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage geotechnical reports, including analysis and recommendations, to meet project deadlines.
  • Manage construction materials testing (CMT) projects, including daily report review, issue resolution, and training of field staff.
  • Prepare geotechnical and CMT proposals, manage project budgets, and prepare change orders and invoices.
  • Host or attend project meetings with clients to discuss delivered reports and provide technical solutions as needed.
  • Assist with or perform tasks such as preparing drilling packages, obtaining utility clearances, researching local geologic history, supervising field work, classifying soil, and mentoring staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) certification is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license is required for driving on behalf of ECS Ltd.
