Job Description

As a Sales Lead at Orangetheory Fitness, you will be responsible for managing the lead funnel, following up with prospects, booking their first class, and providing them an exceptional first-time guest experience. You will also answer member questions, maintain brand compliance, and welcome members by name. Additionally, you will be well-informed on all studio happenings, current promotions, and corporate initiatives.

Requirements
  • 4 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.
