- Document Patient Care: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, both clinically and demographically.
- Perform Station and Squad Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain equipment, vehicles, and facilities to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient care and services.
- Meet Licensure and Training Requirements: Maintain current licensures and training certifications, adhering to state and company regulations.
- Operate Company Vehicles Safely: Demonstrate knowledge of safe driving procedures and response tactics, ensuring the well-being of patients and crew members.
- Education and Training: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a valid State of Wisconsin Paramedic license and Critical Care endorsement.
- Certifications and Licenses: Current/valid American Heart Association CPR card or similar curriculum certification, and a valid Driver's License.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Paramedic role, with a strong background in emergency medical services.
- Additional Requirements: Possess a high level of professionalism, tact, patience, and a positive attitude, with the ability to function effectively in individual and team environments.
