Job Title: Bus Driver

Job Summary:

The Bus Driver is responsible for transporting corporate employees between various stops, adhering to safety protocols, schedules, and predetermined routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure exceptional attendance and punctuality.
  • Complete vehicle safety checks and escalate any issues.
  • Comply with all traffic laws, federal, and state transit regulations.
  • Interact with customers and dispatch teams in a professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about schedules, routes, transfer points, and delays.
  • Report vehicle maintenance, road, and route concerns, accidents, and traffic disruptions using two-way radios or hands-free devices.
Requirements:
  • Clean driving record.
  • Commercial driver's license.
  • Passenger endorsement.
  • Air brakes endorsement.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • At least 1 year of driving experience.
