Position Summary

We are seeking Craft Beer Production Specialists at various experience levels to contribute to our operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of brewing machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality beer in accordance with our established protocols.

Work Schedule

Our team operates on a 4x10 work schedule, consisting of four 10-hour shifts per week. The shifts rotate quarterly, and candidates must be adaptable to work across all shifts throughout the year.

Shift Details

  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM


Key Responsibilities
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Efficiently operate brewing equipment, including but not limited to:
    • Milling, Mashing, Lautering, Boiling, and more.
  • Conduct cellar operations such as cleaning, monitoring fermentation, and yeast disposal.
  • Manage packaging processes, ensuring quality and cleanliness.
  • Perform quality assurance checks and maintain accurate records of brewing activities.


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, with at least one year of relevant experience or training.


Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay Range: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
