Qualifications
  • You must be a graduate of an accredited university with a recognized degree in Physical Therapy (B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS).
  • A current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state is also required.
Responsibilities
  • You will conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on medical orders.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including short and long-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of documentation.
