Description: Kershaw Landscape Inc. is a reputable family-operated lawn and property maintenance service provider in the Southern New Hampshire region. We are currently seeking experienced leaders and crew members to support our growing operations. The ideal candidates will possess a proactive mindset, strong leadership abilities, and a desire to develop professionally within our organization.
Work Schedule: Full-time (year-round position including snow and ice management)
Compensation: Crew Leader - $24+ based on experience / Team Member - $21+ based on experience. Benefits include paid holidays, paid vacation, health and dental insurance, and a 401K plan with employer matching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhancing outdoor spaces by delivering comprehensive landscape maintenance services to various industrial, commercial, and public properties.
- Utilizing commercial-grade landscaping equipment while ensuring the proper care of plant materials and other landscape features.
- Performing turf cutting, trimming, edging, and blowing using power tools.
- Pruning shrubs and small trees to promote healthy growth and remove damaged branches.
- Planting and caring for flower beds, as well as installing mulch.
- Collecting litter and debris to maintain a clean environment.
- Exhibiting a courteous, friendly, and responsive attitude towards clients and customers.
- Managing commercial snow and ice removal during winter months.
Qualifications:
- Crew Leaders: Minimum of 3 years' experience in spring and fall clean-ups, operating zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, string trimmers, and backpack blowers.
- Team Members: At least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance.
- All candidates must possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to operate a truck and a 22' trailer is required.
- Must have or be able to obtain a DOT medical card.
- Experience in landscape maintenance is mandatory.
- Driver's License is required.
- Familiarity with bark mulch blowers and hydro seeders is advantageous.
- Skills in operating equipment such as bobcats and mini excavators are a plus but not mandatory.
Note: All applicants must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
