Dishwasher - Maggiano's

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Maggiano's Little Italy. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, sanitize, and dry all food service utensils, plates, silverware, glassware, pots, and pans.
• Help maintain the cleanliness of the back-of-house area, including the dishroom, kitchen, and storage areas.
• Operate dishwashing machinery and cleaning supplies safely and efficiently.
• Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues with dishwashing equipment.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient dishwashing process.
• Meet personal schedule requirements punctually and work a variable, flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
• Ability to perform in limited physical space with variable ventilation, smoke, and extreme temperatures.
• Ability to safely transport items to and from areas of the kitchen on a slick and uneven surface.
• Ability to safely transport containers that weigh up to 50 lbs. from any point in the kitchen to the dish area and vice versa.
• Ability to safely move about in all areas of the restaurant.
