We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Emergency Room, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
- At least one year of experience in a medical-surgical setting, preferably in the Emergency Room.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
