Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating front-end equipment, and assisting members with their shopping needs.

You will work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment, as well as ensure that our members have an excellent shopping experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club
  • Operate front-end equipment, including cash registers and self-checkout systems
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and locate merchandise
  • Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements

To be successful as a Sales Associate, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
