Main Responsibilities:
• Product/Service Information Provision: Educate customers about our products and services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions, to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
• Customer Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex problems to relevant departments or supervisors when necessary.
• Customer Records Maintenance: Accurately update customer information in the database, document interactions and transactions, and ensure confidentiality and security of customer data.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other customer service representatives and departments to efficiently resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
• Policies and Procedures Adherence: Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines for customer service delivery, including compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Continuous Learning and Development: Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training for entry-level candidates.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the Austin or surrounding areas
• Must pass a background check

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, based on industry standards and Austin, TX location.
