- You will interact professionally and courteously with patients, visitors, and other employees, maintaining a positive public perception of BronxCare Health System.
- As a key member of our team, you will contribute to Performance/Quality Improvement activities, participating in data collection, analysis, and implementation of risk management and claims activities.
- You will prepare patients for provider visits, including intake screening, pre-visit planning, and review of medical records.
- Additionally, you will manage the flow of patients, monitor provider progress, and identify the next patient scheduled for a room.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Active NYS LPN licensure
- Current BLS certification
- High School or GED
- Knowledge of EMR systems/programs
- Microsoft Office Suite
