Structures Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled Structures Inspector - Manager to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading and performing regular maintenance on aircraft structural components, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with regulations. This role requires exceptional technical expertise, leadership skills, and attention to detail, enabling you to conduct thorough inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and examinations of various structural components, identifying cracks, corrosion, defects, or wear, and taking corrective action as needed.
- Supervise and perform the installation of new parts, ensuring that all replacements or repairs of structural components are done to specifications and improve performance.
- Identify and resolve structural issues based on inspections or reports from customers, providing expert troubleshooting and guidance for corrective actions.
- Document and manage all records related to inspections, repairs, and reassembly of structural components, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal audits.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance
* MRO or 145 experience required
* In-depth knowledge of aircraft structural components, systems, and parts, with the ability to lead inspections, maintenance, and repairs for optimal performance
* Comprehensive understanding of tools and testing methods used to ensure the functionality and integrity of structural components
* Expert ability to interpret technical documentation, including Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs), Structural Repair Manuals (SRMs), drawings, and specifications, to guide accurate repairs and replacements
