">We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
">Job Summary:
">The successful CRNA will be responsible for administering anesthesia to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. This role requires a strong foundation in pharmacology, physiology, and anatomy, as well as excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
">Responsibilities:
">- Administer anesthesia to patients using a variety of techniques and medications
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of patient data and medication administration
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a current Florida Medical License, Board Eligibility, DEA License, and Board Certification as a CRNA. A strong background in pediatric and adult critical care is preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
The annual salary range for this position is approximately $140,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
