Job Summary

Dynamic Renewables is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our biogas production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Operations: Monitor, operate, maintain, and repair a wide range of assets and systems located at our facilities, including mechanical and biological systems.
  • Sample Collection and Analysis: Collect, analyze, package, and ship samples of various gases, liquids, and solids.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and disseminate various written documents and reports.
  • Training and Development: Participate in all required training, both in-person sessions and remote learning modules, in all required fields.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to every safety policy and procedure, including procedures for control of hazardous energy, incident reporting, spill response, fire response, confined space entry, hazardous atmosphere operations, hot work, safe electrical work, and others.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3+ years' experience in maintenance or engineering, or equivalent.
  • Skills: General mechanical aptitude, valid driver's license, basic computer literacy, and proficiency in industrial safe work practices.
  • Equipment Operation: Ability to operate a variety of equipment, including light trucks, off-road utility vehicles, and mobile elevated work platforms.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, kneel, sit, and walk for extended periods, as well as climb, balance, stoop, crouch, and crawl.
