Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school-based setting near Lebanon, OH. As an SLP with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and make a meaningful impact on their communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students, utilizing your expertise in communication and sciences disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each student, ensuring they receive the best possible support.
- Provide SLP services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports, demonstrating your commitment to transparency and accountability.
- Utilize your strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
Requirements:
- Masters or Doctorate Degree in Communication and Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology.
- Active SLP License.
