Job Summary

This Speech-Language Pathologist position offers an exciting opportunity to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and relevant experience in hospital settings, particularly in dysphagia and Medicare documentation. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Norman Regional Health System, you will have the opportunity to work with patients and their families to develop personalized treatment plans and provide expert therapy services.

The salary for this position ranges from $31.31 to $51.14 per hour, depending on previous work experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition and establish a plan of care.
  • Develop and implement effective speech therapy programs utilizing standard techniques appropriate for the age and disability of the patient.
  • Document delivery of Speech Therapy services.
  • Educate patients, family, caregivers, and significant others on communication strategies and techniques.
