Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing chemical processes and develop strategies for optimization and improvement.
  • Design and implement process control systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production plant efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Train staff on new processes and equipment.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare regular technical performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering and experience in process optimization. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing chemical processes while ensuring quality standards, safety, and efficiency.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 - $140,000 per year, comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, life insurance, and generous Paid Time Off and holiday schedules.

Ideal Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience with process control systems and quality management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and statistical analysis software.
