Key Responsibilities of the Tax Specialist:

  • Deliver tax compliance and advisory services to a varied clientele.
  • Manage client invoicing processes.
  • Assist staff with data entry tasks.
  • Prepare returns for corporations, partnerships, individuals, and trusts/estates, as well as compile and review financial statements.
  • Engage proactively with clients on planning and advisory matters.
  • Collaborate directly with partners on client accounts in sectors such as construction, manufacturing, and professional services.

Qualifications for the Tax Specialist:

  • Possession of a CPA, CPA Candidate, or EA designation.
  • A Master’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting.
