Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Education and Licenses:
    • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
    • Must meet CMS-approved state and/or national certification requirements within the specified timeline
    • All appropriate state licensure, education, and training (if any) required
  • Experience: 1 year of Dialysis Patient Care Technician experience within the last 2 years
