Banquet Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team at Crescent Services. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stocked and stored.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other bartenders and servers to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory, ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, including cleaning and maintaining the bar area, restocking supplies, and participating in training and development programs.

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to operate a cash register.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. The Banquet Bartender will be required to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a confined space.
