About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Universal Health Services (UHS). As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior plans based on these assessments, under the supervision of a certified BCBA.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of all treatment plans and programming for clients on your caseload.
  • Collaborate with families, treatment teams, and service providers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Develop ABA treatment plans, behavior support plans, based on the functions of the behavior and treatment methodologies that are evidence-based.
  • Collect data, assign and train RBT's to collect data, before and during the implementation of the plan so that the plan's efficacy can be assessed, and data-based decisions can be made.

Qualifications
  • Education: Must have an undergraduate degree in a related field, or currently pursuing an MA in behavior analysis.
  • Experience: Experience working with children and adolescents ages 4-17 with ASD or other related disorders provided in a classroom or 1:1 setting; Inpatient, RTC, group home, or other clinical setting preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: BACB certification as a BCaBA.
  • Schedule: Determined by the Director of Clinical Services.
