Our state-of-the-art facility provides exceptional access to diagnostics and high-quality preventative care across the region.

We are in search of the most talented and forward-thinking Advanced Practitioners to deliver outstanding care to our Advanced Heart Failure (AHF) patients. Join one of the largest and most experienced multidisciplinary teams in the nation.

DO YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS?
  • Eligibility for NP/PA licensure in the state
  • Board Certification via NCCPA for Physician Assistants
  • Board Certification via ACNP (Acute Care), AGACNP, or FNP for Nurse Practitioners
  • Preferred experience in Advanced Heart Failure, including:
    • LVAD
    • Cardio-MEMS remote monitoring
  • Expertise in applying advanced clinical techniques in both inpatient and outpatient settings
OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Monday to Friday Schedule
    • No weekends or on-call duties
    • 4-day work week available

  • Utilization of EMR Platform - EPIC
  • Collaborative role with board-certified Cardiologists and clinical staff, providing leadership and clinical expertise to patients and colleagues.
