CNA Weekend Warrior Program Specialist

We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Weekend Warrior Program. As a CNA in this program, you will play a vital role in maintaining adequate staffing on weekend shifts, working every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Your hard work and dedication will be rewarded with premium pay and a range of benefits.
Key Responsibilities:- Work every weekend, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Provide exceptional care to our residents, adhering to our high standards of quality and compassion
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in good standing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
