Key Responsibilities:- Perform and evaluate test procedures to ensure accurate results
- Assist in the selection and evaluation of test methods to improve laboratory efficiency
- Participate in the education and professional development of laboratory personnel, new employees, and students
- Perform routine administrative and non-routine technical functions as needed
- 2-year Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or 4-year Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
- Meets one of the eligibility requirements for certification as an MLT or MLS with the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP)
The laboratory is staffed seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Personnel may be assigned to work mostly one shift or have a rotational schedule consisting of duty on day, evening, and night shifts. Both options may include weekends and rotational coverage of holidays.
Benefits:At Infojini Healthcare, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non-12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits. Benefits include medical, prescription, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, disability insurance plans, life insurance, paid time off plans, retirement plans, tuition assistance, employee assistance, and access to on-site childcare and a credit union.
Salary Range: $27.94 - $43.31/hour for Bachelor's level MLS/CLS/MT and $23.99 - $35.98/hour for Associate's level MLT. Relocation assistance up to $3,000.
