Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Student Intervention Technician to join our team at Willits Unified. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal growth of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students in need, focusing on academic achievement and social-emotional development.
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other support staff to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
- Assist with classroom instruction, homework support, and extracurricular activities to promote student engagement and success.
- Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to identify areas of strength and weakness, and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress and involve them in the intervention process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with students in a educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $21.65-$35.27 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
